Xerox Announces President & COO Transition

Xerox Holdings Corporation announced the transition of its President and Chief Operating Officer, John Bruno, who will pursue a CEO opportunity outside the company.

Louie Pastor has been named as the successor to John Bruno, set to take over as President and Chief Operating Officer from September 1.

Jacques-Edouard Gueden has also been appointed as Chief Revenue Officer, effective September 1.

Leadership Transition

John Bruno, the current President and COO, will be leaving Xerox to pursue a CEO role outside the company. Louie Pastor has been appointed as his successor.
