Mr. John R. Van Kirk, Managing Director of North European Oil Royalty Trust (NYSE: NRT), has announced his retirement effective January 30, 2026.
Ms. Nancy J. Floyd Prue, the Managing Trustee, will serve as interim Managing Director following Mr. Van Kirk's retirement.
