Mr. John R. Van Kirk, the Managing Director of North European Oil Royalty Trust (NYSE: NRT), has decided to retire from his position as of January 30, 2026.
Ms. Nancy J. Floyd Prue, the Managing Trustee, will serve as the interim Managing Director.
